With the success of 90210 returning with all of its guilty pleasures, the CW has (surprise surprise) decided to remake Melrose Place as well. If you’re old enough to remember the original show then you’ll see in the preview that the new cast seems like it will be bringing just as much drama to the famous apartment complex as the old cast did. There are large shoes for the new cast to fill with actors such as Heather Locklear (Caitlin in Spin City… had to Wikipedia to see what the latest series was that she’s been in lol), Marcia Cross (Bree in Desperate Housewives) and Kristin Davis (Charlotte in Sex and the City) all being in the original cast. Guess we’ll just have to wait and see if this takes off like 90210 has….
With the Michael Jackson Memorial now wrapped up, I have to say that I think that AEG did a fabulous job with the ceremony. They captured the true essence of what Michael was really about: bringing happiness and love to everyone around him. The impact he made during his short time here will never be forgotten. He is the greatest entertainer the world has ever known.
Has anyone been watching the Secret Life of the American Teenager? I’m a closet fan of the show and I’ve noticed that it has recently taken a turn to be completely focused on sex. Of course the show has always been about sex since it’s storyline is based on a fifteen year old getting knocked up in the first episode, but now even the church girl is getting it on!? I’m just kinda surprised since it’s on ABC Family and they are usually pretty careful about the topics on their shows. I saw that Lindsay Lohan is starring in an ABC Family movie called Labor Pains that will air in a couple weeks… that was a quick drop from Disney Blockbusters to Made for TV movies, guess that’s one star that hasn’t benefited from multiple stints in rehab. Good luck to ya Lindsay, tell your DJ on-again off-again gf we said whats up.
Hot Spot for Sushi Fire Ninja at Town Center – Love Love Love the sushi at Fire Ninja! The restaurant offers a great atmosphere and wide range of sushi choices for all of you sushi lovers out there! I go there often for lunch because they have a great Lunch Box Special for under $10! I’m a sucker for a good deal. The Dream Roll, Shrimp Tempura and Volcano Roll are among my favs at this particular place. You should try it out sometime…
