Travis Scott and Kid Cudi Debut New Music… In Fortnite!

If there’s two things the kids these days love, it’s hip hop and Fortnite. Yesterday, those two were combined in an epic display of lights, animation, and music!

Travis Scott teamed up with Fortnite creator and parent company Epic Games to put on this virtual event, which ended up breaking digital attendance records. It only lasted 10 minutes, but featured his hit songs “Sicko Mode,” “Highest in the Room,” and a sneak preview of his latest single featuring Kid Cudi, “The Scotts.”

So, what did people think of Astronomical? Travis himself was pretty proud of it:

It doesn’t look like this will be the last virtual concert hosted inside Fortnite’s colorful Battle Royale map, either. The Vice President of Epic Games hinted that more events are coming soon:
