Who’s the Highest-Paid Celebrity On Instagram in 2020?

… It’s not Kylie Jenner! She used to be #1, based on the amount of money she charges per post on the popular picture-based social network Instagram.

Now, according to the Instagram Rich List, put together by Hopper HQ, the highest-charging celebrity on Insta is none other than Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. To get your (most likely clothing) brand in front of his 187 million followers, you’ll have to fork up $1,015,000. Kylie clocked in at #2, charging $986,000 per post.

Some familiar musicians made the list, as well: Ariana Grande, Selena Gomez, and Beyoncé came in at #5, 6, and 7, respectively. Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift also charge upwards of $700,000 to feature brands in their posts, according to the numbers.

If you’re a brand looking for a “cheaper” option, you could always go for Billie Eilish, who locked down the #22 most-expensive position with a relatively paltry $346,000 cost-per-post. That’s more than NBA superstar Lebron James, who only asks $307,000.

The data is a lot of fun to look at, even though normal people like us will never put those numbers to use. Unless you’ve got a spare $21,600 lying around and want celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay to give you a shoutout, that is.

To see a sponsorship in action, have a look at The Rock shouting out these shoes – can you believe this probably cost over a million dollars?
