Lil Nas X Releases Children’s Book: ‘C is For Country’

Ever since Lil Nas X wrote “Old Town Road,” his life has changed. Between TV show appearances, a new friendship with Billy Ray Cyrus, and millions of dollars made, the man singlehandedly invented cowboy rap.

Nas, born Montero Lamar Hill, is now a published children’s author with his new book, C is For Country! And if you’re a parent, he needs you to pick up a copy for a very specific reason:

Colorfully illustrated by somebody named Theodore Taylor III, the book invites its readers to “experience wide-open pastures, farm animals, guitar music, cowboy hats, and all things country,” packaged neatly as a trip through the ABC’s.
