HERE Are The Most Sleep-Deprived Cities In The DMV!

May is Better Sleep Month! Have you been getting those Z’s? That might depend on where you live.

New research from RetailMeNot and finds that the DMV does a pretty good job of resting up at the end of a long day – with a few exceptions. Baltimore, for example, is one of the most sleep-deprived big cities in America! A full 44% of adults in the Crab Cake Capital of the World report that they don’t quite get 7 hours a night.

A little closer to home, Hampton, VA puts out a similar performance in bed: 41.5% of adults fall short of 7 hours, and in Newport News, that percentage is 43%.

So what about your nighttime routine? Are you clocking out for 8 hours, or more like 5 and a half on a good day? Don’t forget that an early bedtime can leave you feeling happier, healthier, and more productive throughout the day!

Good night, y’all.
