Three Things You Need To ‘Never’ Be Lazy Again

Elvis Duran and the Morning Show spoke with author, podcaster, coach, philanthropist and former monk, Jay Shetty about jealousy, laziness and more.

“We always look at jealousy as a negative thing,” Shetty says, “What I’ve learned to realize over time is that jealousy can actually show you what you want to pursue.” He explains that jealousy can be used an an indicator or signal something; it could be something you want or just something that you’re attractive to.

Then Shetty brought us into the most interesting conversation about how to “never” be lazy again. Of course you can’t actually -never- be lazy but there are three things that you need in order to combat it. These three things are: coaching, consistency and community. Shetty explains thoroughly how you can get all three. Importantly, you need to look at yourself and identify which of those three things you do not have!
