Pete Davidson Jokes About Tension with Kanye West During ‘Netflix is a Joke Festival’

Pete Davidson made light of the tensions with Kanye West in a new Netflix trailer for “Pete Davidson Presents: The Best Friends” released on May 6th.

Davidson started the set by saying, “I’ve had a really weird year. I had an AIDS scare this year…No, Kanye told me I had AIDS. And he’s a genius so I was like ‘oh, f**k.’ I was like, ‘I better call my doctor.'”

During his sold-out show, the comedian also discussed his ‘cameos’ in Ye’s music videos for “Eazy” and the rapper’s issues with Davidson being around his children.

“Does anybody else secretly hope that, like, Kanye pulls like a Mrs. Doubtfire?” he asked the crowd. “I come home one day, and they’re like, ‘this is the new housekeeper.’ And, he’s like, ‘What’s up fam?’”
