Halsey Reveals Multiple Health Diagnoses Following Hospitalizations

Halsey provided fans with an update on their health after dealing with multiple hospitalizations.

They shared the update on their Instagram stories saying, “Obviously my health has changed a lot since I got pregnant and gave birth.  I started getting really sick.  I was hospitalized for anaphylaxis a few times, and I had some other stuff going on.”

Halsey, who welcomed their first child Ender in July last year, revealed the health conditions they’ve recently been diagnosed with.

“Basically, after seeing a hundred thousand doctors, I got diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, Sjogren’s syndrome, mast cell activation syndrome, POTS [postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome],” they explained.

“I’ve been looking for answers to the root cause of some of these things, which may be an autoimmune disease,” they shared. “And I know I’ve had autoimmune issues for most of my life, especially having endometriosis.”

Halsey told fans they have been put on a treatment plan and have been rehearsing for the ‘Love and Power Tour,’ set to kick off on May 17th in Florida.

“I’m really excited and I’m really confident that I’ll be able to do it in a way that’s healthy, where I can perform my best for all of you,” they added.
