Rock band Evanescence's Amy Lee says that rapper 50 Cent "hates her guts."
"50 Cent hates my guts," Amy Lee said in a recent interview with The Daily Beast. "It's just one of those things. I mean, truthfully, we thought he was going to win, too. It was such a wild night.
"People are like, 'What was it like to win a Grammy?' and I'm like, 'Stressful!' I mean, it's wonderful now to have them, but it was surreal. I just remember thinking, 'I don't even think anybody in this room knows who we are.'"
The beef between Amy and 50 started nearly 2 decades, ago when Evanescence won the Grammy Award for Best New Artist in 2004 overthrowing the most popular pick for the award, 50 Cent.
Despite not being announced as the winner, 50 Cent still walked across the stage, making for an awkward moment during Evanescence's acceptance speech.
"You know when you're just in shock? He didn't do anything, he didn't grab the mic, it wasn't that bad," recalled Lee. "He just sort of like, made an appearance. It was like Zoolander when he thought he won."
"No, he never said anything to me, but he likes to talk about me and how he was robbed. I don't want to start a beef with him," she added. "Everything around me was chaos and I was like, I'm going to stand here and see if this is real later, if I wake up or not."

Sean "Diddy" Combs has been hit with another sexual lawsuit.
A woman has accused the rapper, singer and producer of drugging and sexually assaulting her and recording the assault without her knowledge when she was a college student in 1991.
The suit was filed in New York Supreme Court on Thursday, November 23, one day before the expiration of the New York Adult Survivors Act, which allows adult sexual assault survivors one year to sue regardless of when the original statute of limitations expired.
"Plaintiff brings suit against Defendants to redress the substantial and lifetime injuries she has suffered as a result of being drugged, sexually assaulted and abused, and being the victim of 'revenge porn' that Sean Combs or 'P. Diddy' created and distributed," the suit filed in New York Supreme Court stated.
The alleged victim, Joi Dickerson-Neal, was a Syracuse University student at the time of the 1991 incident and had previously appeared with Combs in a few video clips of a music video.
A spokesperson for Combs says the allegations are "made up and not credible."
"This last-minute lawsuit is an example of how a well-intentioned law can be turned on its head," the spokesperson said. "Mr. Combs never assaulted her, and she implicates companies that did not exist."
Earlier this month, Diddy resolved a sexual assault lawsuit filed by his former partner Cassie Ventura.
In the lawsuit, Ventura claimed she "endured over a decade of his violent behavior and disturbed demands," including repeated physical beatings and forcing her to "engage in sex acts with male sex workers" while he masturbated.
The two artists settled the matter amicably on Friday, November 17.

Ms. Lauryn Hill has announced that she is postponing her remaining 2023 Tour Dates into 2024 due to "serious vocal strain."
"As many of you may know, I've been battling serious vocal strain for the past month. I made it through each show by taking prescribed prednisone, but this can be detrimental to the body when taken in large amounts over long periods of time," Hill wrote on social media. "In order to prevent any long term negative affect on my voice and my body, I need to take time off to allow for real vocal recovery so that I can discontinue the medication completely."
Hill added that the shows that were cancelled this year will be rescheduled for early 2024, and because of the overwhelming response, she will be adding new cities to the tour, including overseas.
"We're working on the new calendar now, and announcing soon," she added.
This is not the first time that Hill has been forced to change the dates of the North American leg of her The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill 25th Anniversary Tour, celebrating the silver jubilee anniversary of her Grammy-winning album, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill.
She postponed two shows that were scheduled to be held last month, citing vocal chord issues.
The rescheduled November 25 concert in Philadelphia will go on as planned as it has already been moved once.
"Being so close to New Jersey, it's basically hometown for us - so we'll close out the year with one final show amongst friends and family," Hill said.
